Although women can be seen as dogmatic and stubborn, they often strive to break down discriminatory standards and attain positions of authority.
The author, as a woman, is unapologetic for who she is and believes she is resilient, indispensable, productive, and valuable.
Ten Major Things to Pray for as a Woman
- In as much as everyone strives to live a life of perfection, as a woman, I would want to emulate the woman’s virtues in Proverbs 31. The situational analysis of the Proverbs 31 woman is exceptional, and she is the definition of excellence and perfection- a model for other women to emulate. In reality, most women may not match up to her principles. As a woman, my prayers have to dwell on the grace to adopt her approach to life because it may seem tough to follow.

Respectively, I will endeavor to exhaust the prayer points of a woman. I am hopeful that as I pray with these prayer points, the Holy Spirit will perfect my request and give me an in-depth spiritual understanding of who a woman is and how she is supposed to behave.

Sweet Jesus, I pray for the fruit of the womb and those believing your name for the fruit of the womb.
I pray that you cause me and every woman to smile soonest for you state in your words in Isaiah 66: 9, “Shall I bring to the time of birth, and not cause delivery?” says the Lord. “Shall I who cause delivery shut up the womb?“ says your God.”
It is not your will for a woman to be barren. In all my searching, I have not seen a barren woman.
All women in the Bible except Michal, Saul’s daughter, provoked David’s anger and were cursed, resulting in her barrenness. The rest who pleaded for the fruit of the womb were granted their heart desires even in old age.
I invoke Psalm 127: 3, “Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward,” to break every yoke of curses placed upon any woman to hinder her fertility.
I rest my hope in the promises vested in 1 Timothy 2:15 “Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control.”
I pray for the grace to abide in faith and trust your name for the fruit of the womb. Open the eyes of understanding of the husband and inlaws to know that women branded to be barren are anointed to be carriers of destiny children who are ambassadors of the kingdom of God.
Oh! Lord, provide patience unto them so as not to push these women to go astray in seeking the fruit of the womb from evil alters and miss the divine destiny.
I come to your throne of grace this hour and plead that you touch every woman in labor right now to deliver safely and return home with their bundle of joy in Jesus’ mighty name.
Father, I ask your angels to continually move around, be around every pregnant woman and condemn every evil hand that may want to tamper with the baby in the womb.

Precious Father, I pray for all the single women believing in the blessings of marriage.
Let every hindrance be cleared. You are settled maritally in Jesus’ name.

May they be the most preferred by their husbands as portrayed in Songs of Solomon 4:7 “You are all fair , my love , And there is no spot in you.”

Let their husbands completely trust them and help them be faithful brides.
Help them to be compassionate wives. Let them expend love and joy in their marriage every day.

I bind every spirit of exhaustion whenever I tend to provide and care for the family. Let there be enthusiasm in serving the family. I command the confidence of the capability to descend on me.

Holy Spirit, teach me what is good so that I will become an excellent counselor to younger women so that the name of the Lord will be glorified.

Let me consider myself less critical than others. I bear in mind your principles of compassion in Mathew 10:39 “He who finds his life will lose it , and He who loses his life for My sake will find it.”
Help me to lay my life for others so that I will find eternal life. I do not wish to hold on to vanity but strive in compassion for whoever helps others equally helps himself.
